    Reviews

I had earlier saw-cut my 4" thick concrete driveway and needed a jack hammer to reduce the size of the slab for ease of loading and transport. Within about three days after I purchased this jack hammer tool from Sky via Amazon, I received the tool as described. The tool was delivered in a package using double card board boxes. Perhaps responding to other Amazon comments regarding dented tool box, Sky's packaging came with plastic air bubble as cushions between the paper boxes as well as styrofoam inside the metal box holding the heavy jack hammer. The tool came with two chisels, a pointed and a flat, two hex allen-wrenches, a plastic bottle containing about 10cc of oil, a plastic eye protection goggle, a pair of glove, and an instruction book.

Attaching the chisel to the hammer is a breeze, involves turning a lever to open, sliding the chisel in and turning the lever to lock. Prior to using the jack hammer, I had to fill the oil reservoir according to instruction. As the 10cc of oil included with the purchase appears to be bare minimum, I supplemented until the entire reservoir was filled. The jack hammer works as described and more. Labelled as made in China, this jack hammer appears to be heavy duty. I would not be surprise if a jack hammer contractor employs this tool in his daily work. Compared to the nearly 0 dollar jack hammer from Bosch, Milwaukee or others, this jack hammer is a bargain. For a homeowner such as myself, who occasionally needs a jack hammer, purchasing this hammer more than fits the bill as I was able to demolish all my concrete slab within two to three hours. I awarded 5 stars rating because I couldn't really fault this jack hammer at this price.
